1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using My Playlist ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

My Playlist provides tools for downloading publicly available videos from TikTok, X, YouTube, and other supported sites, and for saving copies of videos you choose to your personal library. The Service is free to use within daily download and monthly storage limits. You can subscribe to Pro or Pro+ for higher limits, or purchase a one-time Lifetime upgrade for unlimited downloads and storage.

3. User Accounts

You may use basic download features without creating an account. To access your download history, save videos to your library, or subscribe to a paid plan, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Download content you do not have the right to access or distribute
• Use the Service to infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Use automated tools to excessively access the Service (beyond normal usage)

5. Payments

Pro and Pro+ are recurring monthly subscriptions billed automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds for the Lifetime plan are handled on a case-by-case basis; subscription charges that have already been billed are generally non-refundable except as required by law. All prices are in USD and subject to change with prior notice; a price change will not affect a billing period that has already started.

6. Your Library and Storage

Videos you save to your library are copies you have deliberately chosen to keep — we make a long-term copy only when you take that action. Downloads that are not saved to your library are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and store any content you add to your library. We do not proactively monitor library content, and we will remove content in response to valid copyright takedown notices as described in our DMCA policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by My Playlist. TikTok, X, YouTube, and other third-party platform names referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners, and My Playlist is an independent tool that is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Videos downloaded through the Service remain the property of their respective creators.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of downloads. Download availability depends on the source content being publicly accessible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Playlist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
