My Playlist provides a tool for saving and downloading publicly available videos, starting with TikTok. The Service is free to use within daily limits. You can purchase one-time credit packs or a lifetime SVIP upgrade to remove those limits and unlock higher-quality downloads.

3. User Accounts

You may use basic features without creating an account. To access download history or purchase credits and SVIP, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Download content you do not have the right to access or distribute
• Use the Service to infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures

5. Payments

Credit packs and the lifetime SVIP upgrade are one-time purchases processed securely through Stripe. There is no recurring subscription or auto-renewal — once purchased, credits and SVIP status do not expire. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All prices are in USD and subject to change with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by My Playlist. TikTok and other third-party platform names referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners, and My Playlist is an independent tool that is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Videos downloaded through the Service remain the property of their respective creators.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or quality of downloads. Download availability depends on the source content being publicly accessible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Playlist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.
